Notes for Ballot Registration
- “Swire Symphony Under The Stars” Tickets Ballot (“Ballot”) is organised by The Hong Kong Philharmonic Society Limited (“HK Phil”). The registration period starts from 12nn on 24 OCT 2024 to 7pm on 28 OCT 2024 (Hong Kong time), both dates inclusive (“Registration Period”)
- Each person will be eligible to register for just one ballot, and the system will only process the latest registered record if there is any duplication; all previous records will be voided
- The ballot result will be publicised on 31 OCT 2024 on HK Phil and Cityline websites and published in the Hong Kong Economic Journal and The Standard on the same date
- The Ballot Tickets cannot be refunded, transferred/resold, swapped or exchanged for cash and is not replaceable. In the event of any loss, invalidity, or expiry, the Tickets will not be re-issued
- If for any reason Ballot is not capable of running as planned, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, trojan horses, denial of service attacks, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of HK Phil that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of Ballot, HK Phil reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual(s) who tamper with the entry process without prior notice
- Please note that it is entirely voluntary for Eligible Participant to participate in this Ballot. Upon obtaining consent from participants, the personal data will be used for other direct marketing purposes. By submitting this form, you confirm your understanding of and agreement to (i) Privacy Notice of HK Phil; (ii) Personal Information Collection Statement of HK Phil; (iii) HK Phil will use your personal data for Ballot prize notification and redemption; and (iv) all the Terms & Conditions of this Ballot
- HK Phil reserves the right to interpret these Terms and Conditions. In case of any disputes, the decision of HK Phil shall be final and binding

Notes for Admission
- Tickets are valid only on the date and time specified, and cannot be exchanged for another performance
- Each ticket with a unique QR code only allows ONE ENTRY PER SCAN, regardless of age. Duplicated tickets will not be accepted
- Please show the QR code on your smartphone or printed ticket for admission. Do not fold or draw across the QR code. Non-readable QR code will prevent your admission to the event
- Anyone who is found to be in possession of any forbidden items or does not follow the rules of the venue will be refused entry to the event. Please CLICK HERE for details
- Glassware is forbidden in the venue. To ensure compliance, we kindly request that all glassware be disposed of before admission. Temporary storage services for glassware will not be available
- In case of bad weather, the HK Phil will announce cancellation on the concert day (at 4pm on 16 NOV and 3pm on 17 NOV) through the HK Phil website hkphil.org and social media channels
- The event organiser reserves the right to change the advertised artists and programme, seating arrangements and audience capacity
- Tickets are free and cannot be resold. The HK Phil reserves the right to refuse the admission of ticket-holders who obtained tickets through unofficial channels
- Some seating areas may have restricted sightlines
Good Behaviour at the Event
- All Participants must:
(i) observe and comply with any laws of Hong Kong, including but not limited to, the National Flag and National Emblem Ordinance (Instrument A401), the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Safeguarding National Security in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“National Security Law”) and other relevant laws of Hong Kong in relation to the safeguarding of national security; and
(ii) ensure that no act or activity which is likely to constitute or is likely to cause the occurrence of an offence endangering national security under the National Security Law or other laws of Hong Kong, or which would otherwise be contrary to the interests of national security, is engaged in the Event
Warm Reminder
Parking spaces are not available at the venue. We recommend using public transport such as the MTR, Ferry, etc
For environmental reasons, no mats will be distributed. Please bring your own mat, food and drinks to enjoy the starry night
