Ballot Registration Terms & Conditions

1. Tickets Ballot (“Ballot”) for the Swire Symphony Under The Stars is organised by The Hong Kong Philharmonic Society Limited (“HK Phil”). The registration period starts from 12NN on 26 OCT 2023 to 7PM on 30 OCT 2023 (Hong Kong time), both dates inclusive (“Registration Period”). 
2. The system will only process the latest registered record (i.e. Valid email address and mobile number). if there is any duplication; all previous records will be voided. All successful registration will receive a confirmation email with a “registration reference number”. This registration reference number will be used for the future announcement of the ballot result. HK Phil has the sole and absolute discretion in, with reference to relevant clauses of this Terms and Conditions, determining the eligibility of any participant for this Ballot.
3. The Ballot will be conducted on 31 OCT 2023. Entry to the Ballot does not guarantee the winning of any Tickets. The Ballot winners (“Winner(s)”) will be drawn by HK Phil among the Eligible Participant(s) randomly by a computer system. Results of the Ballot (“registration reference number”) will be posted on HK Phil and Cityline websites and published in the Hong Kong Economic Journal (HKEJ) and The Standard on 2 NOV 2023 in Hong Kong.
4. There are a total 1,800 prize winners. Each valid email address and mobile number can win once at most. Each winner will receive tickets to Swire Symphony Under The Stars on 18 NOV 2023 (Each winner chooses the number of tickets, up to four). 
5. All tickets of this event are in electronic format. Winner(s) will be notified by Designated Website via email on or before 10 NOV 2023 according to email address provided during Registration. 
6. If relevant email cannot be found in “Inbox”, please check “Junk Mailbox”. Please contact Cityline at cs@cityline.com or call the customer service hotline at (852) 3761 6688 directly if Winner(s) do not receive the Prize on or before 10 NOV 2023. Office hours of Cityline are between 10AM and 7PM Monday to Friday (except public holiday). 
7. The Tickets and QR code for each Winner is unique and the Winner(s) is responsible to keep them safe. If the QR code is found to be used, HK Phil will not provide a new ticket and/or QR code as replacement. Please present the QR codes with mobiles, or directly print out the QR codes for ticket scanning purpose when entering venue
8. The Ballot Tickets cannot be refunded, transferred/resold, exchanged for cash and is not replaceable. In the event of any loss, invalidity, or expiry, the Tickets will not be re-issued. 
9. Ballot is subject to this terms and conditions imposed by HK Phil. 
10. If for any reason Ballot is not capable of running as planned, due to infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, trojan horses, denial of service attacks, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of HK Phil that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of Ballot, HK Phil reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual(s) who tamper with the entry process without prior notice. 
11. Please note that it is entirely voluntary for Eligible Participant to participate in this Ballot. Upon obtaining consent from participants, the personal data will be used for other direct marketing purposes. By submitting this form, you confirm your understanding of and agreement to (i) Privacy Notice of HK Phil; (ii) Personal Information Collection Statement of HK Phil; (iii) HK Phil will use your personal data for Ballot prize notification and redemption; and (iv) all the Terms & Conditions of this Ballot. 
12. HK Phil reserves the right to interpret these Terms and Conditions. In case of any disputes, the decision of HK Phil shall be final and binding. 
13. If there is any conflict between the information contained in the promotional materials and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall apply and prevail. 
14. In the event of discrepancies in the terms and conditions between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
