using Points Plus Cash!
From today (December 8, 2023) until July 2024, selected concert tickets of HK Phil can be redeemed via the MyLink App using Points Plus Cash! For more details, please visit the HKPhil x MyLink page to stay updated with the latest information.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Ticket Redemption Process:
- Mylink Members who successfully purchased concert tickets will receive redemption details on MyLink “My Order” page.
- Members can redeem physical tickets at the HK Phil Reception Counter on the concert day and present the redemption page to redeem physical tickets. (The location of the reception counter will depend on the specific concert, and it will open 30 minutes prior to the start of the concert.)
2. Validity:
- The redemption page serves as the proof of purchase and is required for ticket redemption.
- Tickets are only valid for the date and time indicated on the redemption page.
3. Ticket Transferability:
- Concert tickets redeemed through Mylink are non-transferable and can only be used by the member who made the purchase.
- Any attempt to transfer or resell the tickets may result in the cancellation of the tickets without refund.
4. House Rules:
- In order not to disturb other patrons to enjoy the show, latecomers can only be admitted at designated latecomer point
- The HK Phil will assign the best available seating for you. Please note that separate rows may be assigned for large booking
- No eating or drinking
- No photography, recording or filming
- Please turn off your mobile phone & other electronic devices and keep noise to a minimum during the performance
- Please reserve your applause until the end of the entire work
5. Concert tickets redeemed on Mylink are not applicable to registering Club Bravo Points.
6. This gift cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, nor can it be replaced, refunded, transferred or resold.
7. CMHK and the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
8. In case of dispute, the decision of CMHK and the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra shall be final.
