  1. Tickets are valid only on the date and time specified. Remember to check the details printed on the ticket and refer to the gates' open time for admission in advance
  2. To facilitate the admission, download the ticket and save the tickets on a smartphone or print the tickets in advance
  3. There will be no food and drink service available at the venue. Please bring your own food and drinks.
  4. For environmental reasons, no mats will be distributed. Please bring your own mat to enjoy the starry evening
  5. The weather may be cool at the harbourfront, you may bring a cape to keep warm if needed
 DON'Ts
 

The following items may not be brought into the Venue:

 

  • Dangerous or hazardous materials (e.g. fireworks, smoke or gas canisters, explosive items)
  • Weapons of any kind
  • Any illegal drugs or substances
  • Any glassware
  • Large folding chairs (length/ width exceeding 50cm, or height of seat exceeding 40cm). Folding chairs must be managed properly to avoid disturbing others. The organiser reserves the right to deny entry to the audience or ask individuals to leave the venue.
  • Camp equipments
  • Pets or other animals, except approved service animals (e.g. guide dogs)
  • Amplifiers
  • Other items that we determine may be harmful, disruptive, offensive or may impede the concert or any associated facilities


The following activities are not allowed in the Venue: 

  • Firemaking or cooking
  • The use of remote-controlled flying devices
  • Photography, videotaping, recording of any kind except for personal use
  • The sale of goods or services or the display of goods or services for sale
  • The distribution of any unauthorized printed or recorded materials
  • Unauthorised events or the usage of any flag, banner or sign, or to incite a crowd, and other unauthorised public gatherings
  • Engaging in any unsafe act or other act that may impede the operation of the Venue or any associated facility 
 
The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to the Event or to eject anyone found to be in possession of any such item(s).
 

The Organiser reserves the right to request the below participants to leave the Venue and take any appropriate action to enforce this right:

  • Participant who has behaved in the Venue in a manner which, in the reasonable opinion of the Organiser, has or is likely to affect the enjoyment and/or safety of other Participants (e.g. possessing any prohibited items or engaging in activities in the Venue set out below); 
  • Participant who uses threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or in any way provokes or behaves in a manner which may provoke a breach of the peace;
  • In the reasonable opinion of the Organiser, a Participant is under the influence of drugs or has consumed an excessive amount of alcohol; or
  • In the reasonable opinion of the Organiser, a Participant has violated any notices issued by the Organiser, the National Security Law or other relevant laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Participants must obey all lawful instructions given by the staff at the Event and the officers of relevant authorities, such as the Hong Kong Police Force, the Leisure and Cultural Services Department and Central Venue Management. Participants must leave the Venue immediately if requested to do so by event managers or security staff.
