About the Event

Concert lasts around 2 hours with an intermission.

Central Harbourfront

It's free. But online registration is required. Public registration starts from 25 OCT 2022 (Tue) 10am.

There are two entrances, located near Central and Admiralty respectively. Please refer to the ticket for your designated gate.

To comply with the Government's official guidelines due to the pandemic, seating is arranged for this concert, and a maximum of 8 persons per unit is planned. Each audience member will be assigned to be seated in a specific zone, and seating in the assigned zone is on a first-come, first-served basis.

No, there is no age limit. However, all audience members, regardless of their age, need to enter with a valid ticket, and please be seated within the assigned zone as shown on the ticket.

 

Please noted that Government's Vaccine Pass policy is implemented for the Venue and all audience members are required to scan the "LeaveHomeSafe" QR code before entering the venue. Audience members who are categorised as persons with Amber Code under the latest Vaccine Pass will be denied entry to the Venue.

There will be no house programme for this concert.

Yes, there will be a 15-minutes intermission for this concert.

Get Ready for the Concert

A confirmation email with tickets should be sent to your registered email address. Since the email is delivered by the system, the email may be sent to other folders, including the junk mail folder. For any further assistance, please email the HK Phil at suts@hkphil.org.

Please bring your valid ticket (by showing the QR code on your smartphone or printed ticket). As it's an outdoor concert, you can bring rain gears, windbreak and scarf for unpredictable weather conditions.

- By MTR: 
Exit from Central Station (exit A) or Hong Kong Station (exit A2). Walk approximately 10 minutes towards Central Ferry Pier no. 10 which is near the entrance. Enter the concert venue through Gate 1. 

Exit from Admiralty Station (exit A), head towards Tamar Park, walk through the park towards the Waterfront Promenade and turn left. Approximately 10 minutes walking distance. Enter the concert venue through Gate 3.

 

- By Ferry:

Arrive at Central Pier no. 7 and walk towards the left after disembarking. Approximately 5 to 7 minutes walking distance.

 

- By Taxi:

Alight at the taxi drop off near Central Ferry Pier no. 9. Walk straight ahead. Approximately 2 to 4 minutes walking distance.
 

Yes, all audience members can enter with a valid ticket (by showing the QR code on the smartphone or printed ticket) and admit at the gates at any time before the concert ends. 

 

Do not fold or draw across the QR code. Non-readable QR code will prevent your admission to the event

The map is printed on the ticket. You may also find the map on HK Phil website.

Car parking is not available at the Central Harbourfront. The closest public car parks are at Hong Kong City Hall, IFC and Pacific Place. We recommend using public transport for access.

Admission

Each ticket admits one person ONLY regardless of age. Each ticket-holder will be allocated ONE seat ONLY. Duplicated tickets will not be accepted.

Yes, when leaving the venue during the performance, please make sure you have the stamp with the event logo and bring your ticket(s). Please show the stamp and ticket to our staff at the entrance when you re-enter the venue.

You may transfer to your family or friend if you cannot attend the event. However, please make sure he or she has a valid ticket (QR code the smartphone or printed ticket) in order to be admitted to the event. Non-readable QR code will prevent his/her admission to the event.

We’re sorry, this event does not allow on-site registration nor walk-ins. Failure to present a valid QR code will prevent your admission.


This outdoor concert will be broadcast globally via the HK Phil website and its social media channels. What's more, the Swire TrustTomorrow Facebook page, RTHK website, and together with a TV live broadcast on RTHK TV 31 will also live stream this event.

In the Venue

There are parking areas ONLY for baby strollers.

No luggage storage service will be provided. Audience members will have to take care of their own belongings.

In line with the latest official guidelines under the pandemic, eating and drinking is not allowed inside the venue. Audience members are required to wear a face mask throughout the event.

Except for approved service animals (e.g. guide dogs), no pets or other animals are allowed.

Yes, you’re also welcome to share your experience on social media with your friends!

No power banks will be provided at the venue. Please bring your own power bank.

Miscellaneous

 

In case of bad weather conditions, the HK Phil will announce the postponement of the concert on 12 NOV 2022 at 4pm on its website hkphil.org and its Facebook page. The event will be postponed to the next day, i.e. 13 NOV 2022, at the same time and same venue.
