It's free. But online registration for ticket ballot is required for ticket allocation. Online registration is available from 24 OCT 2024 (Thu) 12nn to 28 OCT 2024 (Mon) 7pm and the result will be announced on 31 OCT 2024 (Thu). For more detailed information, please visit suts.hkphil.org/reg.
There are two entrances, located near Central and Admiralty respectively.
Yes. Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
No, there is no age limit. However, all audience, regardless of their age, need to enter with a valid ticket.

There will be no house programme for this concert.
Yes, there will be a 15-minute intermission for this concert.
No, once the date and time of performance are confirmed, changes cannot be made. Please check the date and time of the ticket before attending the concert.
Get Ready for the Concert
Once the email is verified, successful registrants will receive a confirmation email with a “Registration Reference Number”. From 31 OCT 2024 (Thu) onwards, registrants can enter their “Registration Reference Number” on the designated webpage to check if their application is successful. Each successful applicant will receive an email notification and all registered tickets will be sent to the email address on or before 8 NOV (Fri) in one go.
A confirmation email with tickets should be sent to your registered email address on or before 8 NOV. Since the email is delivered by the system, the email may be sent to other folders, including the junk mail folder. For any further assistance, please contact Cityline at cs@cityline.com or call the customer service hotline at (852) 3761 6688 between 10AM and 7PM Monday to Friday (except public holiday).
Please bring your valid ticket (by showing the QR code on your smartphone or printed ticket). As it's an outdoor concert, you can bring rain gears, windbreak and scarf for unpredictable weather conditions. For more details, please refer to the Dos and Don'ts.
- By MTR:
Exit from Central Station (exit A) or Hong Kong Station (exit A2). Walk approximately 10 minutes towards Central Ferry Pier no. 10 which is near the entrance. Enter the concert venue through Gate 1.
Exit from Admiralty Station (exit A), head towards Tamar Park, walk through the park towards the Waterfront Promenade and turn left. Approximately 10 minutes walking distance. Enter the concert venue through Gate 3.
- By Ferry:
Arrive at Central Pier no. 7 and walk towards the left after disembarking. Approximately 5 to 7 minutes walking distance.
- By Taxi:
Alight at the taxi drop off near Central Ferry Pier no. 9. Walk straight ahead. Approximately 2 to 4 minutes walking distance.
Yes, all audience members can enter with a valid ticket (by showing the QR code on the smartphone or printed ticket) and be admitted at the gates at any time before the concert ends.
Do not fold or draw across the QR code. Non-readable QR code will prevent your admission to the event

Car parking is not available at the Central Harbourfront. The closest public car parks are at Hong Kong City Hall, IFC and Pacific Place. We recommend using public transport for access.
Admission
Each ticket admits one person ONLY regardless of age. Duplicated tickets will not be accepted.
Yes, one ticket per admission, regardless of age.
Yes, when leaving the venue during the performance, please make sure you have the stamp with the event logo and bring your ticket(s). Please show the stamp and ticket to our staff at the entrance when you re-enter the venue.
You may transfer to your family or friends if you cannot attend the event. However, please make sure he or she has a valid ticket (QR code the smartphone or printed ticket) in order to be admitted to the event. Non-readable QR code will prevent his/her admission to the event.
All Swire Symphony Under The Stars tickets are free of charge. The HK Phil does not and will not authorise any sale of Swire Symphony Under The Stars tickets through any channels. Please do not purchase tickets from touts. Tickets obtained through unofficial channels will be denied entry.
We’re sorry, this event does not allow on-site registration nor walk-ins. Failure to present a valid QR code will prevent your admission.
The first performance on 16 November 2024 (Sat) will be live streamed on the HK Phil website, Facebook page and YouTube channel, as well as the SwireThrive Facebook page. It will also be broadcast live on RTHK TV 32 and RTHK website.

Don't worry, there will be staff on site to help you handle it. However, the process may take time, so please be patient.
In the Venue
No luggage storage service will be provided. Audience members will have to take care of their own belongings.
Yes, wheelchair users are welcome to enter through Gate 1, where our staff will guide you to the designated wheelchair zone.
Yes, toilet facilities are available for public use.
Eating and drinking are allowed inside the venue. However, please refrain from bringing glassware to the event. All glassware is required to be disposed of before admission. Temporary storage services for glassware will not be available.
No food and drinks are available for sale on site. For meal arrangements, please go to Central Star Ferry Pier or restaurants nearby. Details can be found on the map on the tickets. You are also welcome to bring your own food and drinks.
Except for approved service animals (e.g. guide dogs), no pets or other animals are allowed.
To prevent obstruction of view of other audience, please refrain from bringing tents and large folding chairs (length/ width exceeding 50cm, or height of seat exceeding 40cm) to the event. Folding chairs must be managed properly to avoid disturbing others. The organiser reserves the right to deny entry to the audience or ask individuals to leave the venue.

No power banks will be provided at the venue. Please bring your own power bank.
Miscellaneous
In case of bad weather conditions, the HK Phil will announce the cancellation of the concert on the concert day (at 4pm on 16 NOV and 3pm on 17 NOV) through the HK Phil website hkphil.org and social media channels.
