This ticket refund form is only applicable for ticket-holders who purchased the tickets via URBTIX and the payments were made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Alipay or WeChat Pay.

Please submit the refund application on or before 19 OCT 2024. The ticket amount will be refunded to the credit card or e-wallet account used for the original transaction. This arrangement is directly processed by URBTIX and the procedure will be initiated in NOV 2024 and should be completed within DEC 2024.

Tickets purchased via other platforms/payment methods

For ticket-holders who purchased through URBTIX and payments were made by Cash, Octopus or Fast Payment System (FPS)

TICKET REFUND REQUEST

The refund is only available for the cancelled concerts listed in this form.
This refund method is only applicable to ticket-holders who purchased the tickets via URBTIX and the payments were made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Alipay or WeChat Pay.
The ticket amount will be refunded to the credit card/e-wallet account used for the original transaction.
Please upload photo(s) of your ticket(s). If you wish to refund more than one ticket, you may include multiple tickets in a single photo.
Please make sure that the ticket information (e.g. Concert Date, Price) is clearly shown in the photo(s).
The refund request may be rejected if any details on the ticket have been omitted or altered or if the ticket is damaged, defaced, or otherwise mutilated.
If you have not collected your ticket(s) from URBTIX yet, please upload a photo of your purchase confirmation email from URBTIX as proof of tickets.
