2024/25 Season Ticket Refund Form - Tickets purchased via URBTIX
This ticket refund form is only applicable for ticket-holders who purchased the tickets via URBTIX and the payments were made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Alipay or WeChat Pay.
Please submit the refund application on or before the corresponding deadline (i.e. at least TEN days before the concert date):

The ticket amount will be refunded to the credit card or e-wallet account used for the original transaction. This arrangement is directly processed by URBTIX and the procedure will be processed around 6-8 weeks after the end of application period.
For ticket-holders who purchased through URBTIX and payments were made by Cash, Octopus or Fast Payment System (FPS)
The ticket amount will be refunded by BANK TRANSFER. Please apply here.
For ticket-holders who subscribed to the performance during Subscription
