This ticket refund form is only applicable for ticket-holders who

purchased the tickets via URBTIX and the payments were made by Cash, Octopus or Fast Payment System (FPS)
subscribed to the performance during Subscription

Please submit the refund application on or before 19 OCT 2024. The ticket amount will be refunded by BANK TRANSFER. This option is only applicable for patrons with local bank savings or current accounts. Debit/credit card accounts and time deposit accounts are NOT accepted.

Tickets purchased via other platforms/payment methods

For ticket-holders who purchased through URBTIX and payments were made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Alipay or WeChat Pay, the ticket amount will be refunded to the credit card/e-wallet account used for the original transaction. Please apply here.

For ticket-holders who would like to DONATE your ticket(s) to the HK Phil “Annual Fund”, please submit your ticket arrangement here.

The bank transfer refund is only available for the cancelled concert(s) listed in this form.
This refund method is only applicable for (1) ticket-holders who purchased the tickets via URBTIX and the payments were made by Cash, Octopus and Fast Payment System (FPS); or (2) subscribers who subscribed to the performance(s) during Subscription.

Please make sure that the ticket information (e.g. Concert Date, Price) is clearly shown in the photo(s).
The refund request may be rejected if any details on the ticket have been omitted or altered or if the ticket is damaged, defaced, or otherwise mutilated.
If you have not collected your ticket(s) from URBTIX yet, please upload a photo of your purchase confirmation email from URBTIX as proof of tickets.
All bank details will be deleted at the end of the season.
