Please note the following change of artist for tonight’s performance (4 & 5-12-2015，both performances). The soprano soloist has withdrawn from this concert, owing to ill health. We are grateful that soprano Zhou Yuqian, from the NCPA Chorus Beijing, has kindly agreed to step in and sing the part, at late notice.
The Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra's recording of Das Rheingold was released last month on the Naxos label, to critical acclaim. Tonight (4-12-2015 Friday) three stars of the opera, and Maestro van Zweden himself, will be autographing CDs of Das Rheingold following the performance, at level 2 of the foyer.
