Ticket SwapEach subscription ticket can be swapped once for free. Ticket(s) can be exchanged for another performance (if any) of the same programme at the same venue and subject to availability.

Ticket UpgradeSubscribers can upgrade their concessionary (full-time students, citizens aged 60 and above, people with disabilities and CSSA recipients) ticket(s) to adult ticket(s).

Ticket RefundSubscribers can receive a 50% refund of the face value of their subscription ticket(s).
