Tae-mi Song

Tae-mi Song was born in Hamburg, Germany, of South-Korean parents. She studied with Troels Svane in Lübeck and the late Leonard Stehn at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London, where she enjoyed a busy and versatile life working regularly with orchestras including the London Philharmonic, Philharmonia, and BBC Concert Orchestra, as well as in the West End and London’s commercial sessions. 

In 2015 she was appointed by Jaap van Zweden to the HK Phil cello section.
