Upon confirmation, email with online payment link will be sent to the provided email address within FIVE working days. After the payment is settled, upgraded tickets will be sent to the provided email address by three working days before the concert.

Terms & Conditions

Ticket upgrade service is for subscription ticket(s) of the SAME PERFORMANCE and SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY
Applicable for the programme listed in this form
Please submit your request by completing this form at least TEN working days before the concert and upload photo(s) of your ticket(s). You may include multiple tickets in one photo if you have more than one ticket to swap. Please make sure that the ticket information (e.g. Concert Date, Price) is clearly shown in the photo(s)
Each Subscription ticket can be swapped or upgraded once for free. Any subsequent changes are subject to a service fee of HK$10 per ticket
The request may be rejected if any details on the ticket have been omitted or altered or if the ticket is damaged, defaced, or otherwise mutilated
The upgraded ticket(s) will be emailed to the email address submitted in this form. Please check all the given information is correct before submission to avoid delivery failure
