Terms & Conditions

Ticket refund service is for subscription ticket(s) and the programme listed in this form only
Please submit your request by completing this form at least TEN working days before the concert and upload photo(s) of your ticket(s). You may include multiple tickets in one photo if you have more than one ticket to swap. Please make sure that the ticket information (e.g. Concert Date, Price) is clearly shown in the photo(s)
The request may be rejected if any details on the ticket have been omitted or altered or if the ticket is damaged, defaced, or otherwise mutilated
Please check all the given information is correct before submission to avoid delay
50% refund via bank transfer is only applicable for patrons with local bank savings or current accounts. Debit/credit card accounts and time deposit accounts are NOT accepted.
The processing time for refund will be around 6-8 weeks upon confirmation. Separate email will be sent to you when the refund is being banked-in.
All bank details will be deleted at the end of the season.
