Praised by the BBC Magazine as the “leading interpreter of Bruckner’s symphonies”, our Music Director Jaap van Zweden will present Bruckner’s glorious Symphony no. 7 following on from his very successful performance with the HK Phil of Bruckner’s Eighth last season. The concert will open with Mozart’s tempestuous Piano Concerto no. 20, interpreted by the 2016 ECHO Klassik prize-winner, Khatia Buniatishvili.
