In view of the latest situation of COVID-19, and uncertainties relating to such matters as global travel and in-bound quarantine measures, the advertised performance of “Anne-Sophie Mutter and Friends" at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre Concert Hall on 20 October 2020, 8pm, has been cancelled.

Hear Grammy-Award winning violinist Anne-Sophie Mutter and an international team of string players in two of Beethoven’s most affable chamber works. Sandwiched between them is a String Quartet inspired by the dancing rhythms of Beethoven’s Seventh Symphony but, in the words of Guardian, composer Jörg Widmann “dares to do what Beethoven could not”.
