Benedict Sin Nga-yan

Benedict Sin studied economics and law at the University of Sydney and is currently Director and General Manager of Myer Jewelry Mfr. Ltd. and an Independent Non-Executive Director of King Fook Holdings Ltd. He is also a Member of the Australian Society of Certified Practising Accountants, Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales, Solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong and a Member of the Law Society of Hong Kong.
 
Among the public services and non-profit making organisational services he is involved with are The Federation of Hong Kong Watch Trades and Industries Ltd. (Permanent Honorary Director), Hong Kong Jewellery & Jade Manufacturers Association (Honorary Chairman and Director of Council of Management), Hong Kong Jewelry Manufacturers’ Association (Executive Director of Executive Director Committee), Hong Kong Young Industrialists Council (President Honoris Causa), The Chinese University of Hong Kong - Wu Yee Sun College (Member of Committee of Overseers), The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Member of Court), The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (Member of University Court), The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (Member of Foundation Management Committee), Hong Kong Shue Yan University - Department of Law and Business (Member of Academic Advisory Board), Education Bureau (Member of Industry Training Advisory Committee - Jewellery), Vocational Training Council (Member of Management and Supervisory Training Board) and Customs and Excise Service Children's Education Trust Fund (Chairman of Trust Fund Committee).
