Points to note

The bank transfer refund is only available for the cancelled concerts listed in this form.
This refund method is not applicable for those patrons who purchased tickets from POPTICKET and ticketflap. The related refund will be processed automatically by the corresponding ticketing service providers, and the ticket will be refunded to the credit card that was used for the original payment directly.
Please upload photo(s) of your ticket(s). If you wish to refund more than one ticket, you may include multiple tickets in one photo. Please make sure that the ticket information (e.g. Concert Date, Price) is clearly shown in the photo(s).
The refund request may be rejected if any details on the ticket have been omitted or altered or if the ticket is damaged, defaced, or otherwise mutilated.
