The Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra is honoured to present The Robert H. N. Ho Family Foundation Hong Kong Composers Scheme. This scheme provides a platform for emerging composers to deepen their experience of orchestral writing.
New works by six composers will be rehearsed and performed by the HK Phil. This event will be livestreamed online for the first time, showcasing local talents to a worldwide audience. Come and hear each composer’s musical discourse!

7:15pm | Public Working Session II of pieces by two of the composers
8:30pm | Showcase performance of the programme
The Public Working Sessions and Showcase will be conducted in English.
The Public Working Sessions will be livestreamed on the HK Phil website and Zoom webinar.

Session I's duration is approx. 2 hours and 30 mins (including one intermission).
Session II's duration is approx. 1 hour.
The Showcase will be livestreamed online on the HK Phil webite, Facebook page and YouTube channel.
Showcase will start at around 8:30 and is approx. 1 hour.
