Concert Cancellation

In view of the latest situation of COVID-19, performance venues under the Leisure and Cultural Services Department will be temporarily closed for the general public from 2 December 2020. Hence, the advertised performance of "Happy Gabby plays Classical Music", originally scheduled for 12 December 2020 (Saturday) at the Tsuen Wan Town Hall Auditorium, will be cancelled.

Refund Arrangement for Tickets Purchase through URBTIX

Owing to uncertainties over the reopening of the performance venues, cash refunds will not now be possible through the relevant box offices. Thank you for your understanding.

To facilitate ticket refunds, ticket holders who purchased through URBTIX (including those purchased at URBTIX outlets, internet, mobile app or telephone bookings) may apply for a FULL refund of the face value of the ticket(s) by BANK TRANSFER on or before 28 February 2021.

This option is only applicable for patrons with local bank savings or current accounts. Debit/credit card accounts and time deposit accounts are NOT accepted.

For 2020/21 Subscribers who have subscribed to the performance of "Happy Gabby plays Classical Music", please refer to the email directly sent to your registered address in early January 2021 for the refund arrangements.

It’s December – Happy Gabby is nostalgic and misses his old toys. Swishing his hand, he rings for the HK Phil’s help to transport him and his friends on a magical music adventure in which Happy Gabby discovers Debussy’s magical Toy Box. Abracadabra, Hocus Pocus – Here we come!

Masks must be worn throughout the venue and the concert hall
Temperature check is arranged at designated entrances
Please come within 15 minutes of the admission time
Use the disinfectant dispensers
Always keep social distancing
Your seat may be adjusted to meet the requirements of preventive measures.
Persons with symptoms of illness and people who have been in contact with COVID-19 patients within the last 14 days may not attend the performance
