Vincent Tang

Vincent Tang Ka-lai is a seasoned television presenter and master-of-ceremony, fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua (Mandarin). He is a familiar face on screen having hosted live and televised events & and talk shows on Hong Kong’s major broadcasters such as Radio Television Hong Kong (RTHK), Television Broadcast Ltd. (TVB) and ViuTV. With an extensive background in the arts, he is also a sought-after event host and master-of-ceremony for leading global events such as the annual flagship design event Business of Design Week 2021-2024, VOGUE Beauty Awards 2023, and Chopard x Tatler Asia The Enchanted Eden 2023. Most recently, he interviewed world leaders and government officials at the FII 7 flagship event in Riyadh in October, 2023 as part of the RTHK’s series on Hong Kong connecting with the Middle East.

Vincent has also worked closely with the Hong Kong Design Centre, The Consulate General of The Kingdom of the Netherlands, and was the final round guest host of the TVB Belt and Road Challenge. Passionate about education, Vincent is also an educator who has held leadership roles and led professional development seminars at the 21^st Century Teachers’ Conference. Vincent was the host for the United HK programme by RTHK.

Vincent studied Music, Neurobiology, and Education and graduated from The University of Toronto, St. George, Ontario Institute of Studies in Education, University of Queens, and attained his Master of Arts in Music, Distinction at the Hong Kong Baptist University. He is a licensed Ontario educator registered with the Hong Kong Education Bureau, and is currently completing his licence for the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme.
