Peter Brien

Peter was the Senior Partner of Slaughter and May Hong Kong and is now a senior consultant to the firm. He was also the Chairman of the Listing Committee of the Main Board and Growth Enterprise Market of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.

Peter takes a keen interest in corporate governance, the roles and duties of directors in a fast evolving world and the ESG reporting requirements that will affect all companies. Peter has spent many years advising boards and directors on their obligations and duties in times of difficulties or conflict with major shareholders, governments and regulators.
